What is a Paint Palooza Party?

Paint Palooza Parties are a fun art party for anyone interested in painting! In our parties we use acrylic paints on a wood pallet sign and teach our techniques step by step how to complete the specific quote you choose. The quotes are a stencil that you paint and then we pull it up. You do not have to free hand your quote. Most of our guests have no painting experience and all of them have great success!

How does this work?

We have an Event Calendar on our website with available dates. We prefer to host parties on Friday and Saturdays.  If you require a date during the week, please send us a message on our facebook page to see if we can accommodate you. The host will guide the whole party on how to complete your pallet sign. Bring your drinks and snacks to enjoy during the party if you would like. You can click here to see a description of how the parties work.

Does everyone have to paint the same quote?

No, each person can choose their own quote. Click here to see a list of quotes to choose from. Each person can also paint their sign any color and technique they choose.

How much does it cost?

Adult Pallet Signs are $35 per person. Specialty signs are priced differently.

We do offer a variety of signs to paint. Send us a message for custom shapes or sizes.

Children’s Pallet Signs (ages 5-12) are $25 per person

Custom quotes are an additional $10

How do I book a private party?

Please send us a facebook message with the date and time you are requesting during office hours to check availability for the date you want. Once we confirm your  requested date and time are available, click here to register as a host. 

Do I have to make a reservation? Can I just walk in?

Yes, your are welcome to come to our studio. We love Walk Ins.

Can I bring something to drink other than wine? What kind of food/snacks can I serve?

Sure! You can bring any non alcoholic beverage to enjoy during your party. You can serve any food or snacks. Some common snacks people serve are cheese and crackers, chips and dip, fruit tray, veggie tray, chocolate, cookies etc. You can even order pizza, we don’t mind!

Can kids come to class too?

Absolutely! The kids signs are $25 each and there are specific quotes for children. We do not recommend adult quotes or custom quotes on the smaller size pallet sign.

Will my painting be dry at the end of the night?

Yes, if there are a few damp places we have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.

What do you provide?

We provide everything that is needed to paint (pallet signs, paint, brushes, apron…).

What do I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable and you don’t mind if a little paint gets on it. We do supply aprons, but if you by chance get paint on your clothes and it dries, it will not come out. If you catch it while it’s still wet you can usually get it out with some soap and water.

What size is the pallet sign?

We custom build our signs 

Landscape is 20 inches wide by 15 inches high

Portrait is 20 high by 15 inches wide

Children’s are 11 inches high by 11 inches wide

What is your refund policy?

All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.

We don’t have a cancellation fee at this time, because we understand things come up that are out of your control. But, please remember we build your sign and cut your stencil to order. When you don’t show up or cancel at the last minute, it costs us time and money.

How do I cancel a reservation?

To cancel your reservation please message us on facebook or call. (904-616-8932) If we do not answer the phone please leave a message and message us. 

Heavenly GraphX reserves the right to cancel parties for unforeseen circumstances. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to party time.
